Founded by a common interest in sailing, we, the members of Lake Michigan Sailing Club, share our passion for sailing through increased knowledge, ongoing education, camaraderie and fun. Where captains and crew are brought together. We will conduct ourselves according to the highest ethical and moral standards of our club and our community. "Whatever is right" and "Whatever is just" shall be the first guiding principles in all of our actions.

WELCOME TO LMSC
Welcome to all who love to sail or those who want to learn if they would like sailing. This club was created to bring sail boat owners and crew together on a social basis in order to actually sail on Lake Michigan out of the five harbors of Racine, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Winthrop Harbor and Waukegan.
Not sure if you would like to sail?
We want to invite you out as our guest
(Sail With Us!) in order to find that
out for yourself. If your interest is learning
the art of sailing or you already know how
to sail, but want to share sailing with others, this
is the club for you. Once you become a member
you will be able to invite out your own guests, to
see if they would also like sailing and crewing on various boats. Spread the word!
For the sail boat owners, who need more people to come out and sail with them, this is definitely the sailing club for you.
This is a great opportunity to sail all summer long out of five different harbors and on many different boats. Great for someone who is thinking about buying a sailboat and wants to try different boats for the experience.
